The headquarter hotel and event venue will be at the Hilton Panama, on to the waterfront Balboa Avenida, within one kilometer of downtown Panama City, the Cinta Costera and Panama's top shopping centers. Special group rate registrations are closed, but you can book a room at regular rate by visiting the hotel's website on the link below:

The dress code for the activities of the congress is business casual. The climate of Panama is tropical, so it is recommended to bring light summer clothes. Occasional rains are common in the month of March.
Depending on the citizenship, a valid passport and tourist card or visa are required to enter the country. We suggest consulting with your travel agent or consulate of Panama closest to your place of residence.
